Questions?

What’s included in the And Now What? workbook?

And Now What? is a 17-page reflection companion that guides you through 13 exercises to reflect on the past chapter, the present reality, and then to craft a vision for what’s next for you. 6 of the exercises include audio companions.

Based on leading experts like the Conscious Leadership Group, Tim Ferriss, Gay Hendricks, and hundreds of hours of live coaching, each tool encourages honest self-inquiry and supports you in to take self-responsibility through your own transition.

To amplify the value of the self-paced journey, you can also opt to upgrade and receive 4 live coaching sessions (45-60 min each) with your workbook.

When do you recommend to start?

Whether you complete the And Now What? workbook in one afternoon or spread it across several weeks, the exercises flex to your needs, your capacity, and your season of life. From start to finish, the workbook can take around 3 hours to complete.

You might also opt to revisit your answers (or repeat the exercises) down the road, turning this into an annual year-end review or a periodic reflective workbook on your own timeline.

How can I get the most out of the workbook?

You’ll get the most from And Now What? if you don’t have the answers yet. You might have a hunch or some loose ideas, but it’s also okay to feel lost, stuck, or unsure what you want. You don’t need to have clear goals before starting. In fact, if you do, these exercises may not be for you.

You’ll start where you are. Take it step-by-step, knowing you don’t need to be ready for tomorrow to start today. As long as you’re willing to reflect and open to change, you’re ready to start.

What makes this transition workbook different from typical New Year’s resolution guides?

When a new season begins, many of us set goals based on the signals around us: more “me” time, exercise, learning something new, career moves (or maybe stability “in this economy”), and whatever else is being promoted as desirable. These “borrowed” aspirations can create a bandwagon effect, pulling us toward setting goals or New Year’s Resolutions that may not reflect our real circumstances and what we truly want.

And Now What? helps you to slow down, return to yourself, and ground your transition in your own nature and needs. The exercises support you to create space for genuine, personal visions to shine through the fog of what’s trendy, expected, or attractive to others.

I’m not going through a ‘big’ life change. Is this still useful?

I like to say that we’re always in transition. Believe it or not, I’m no fan of “new year, new you.” In fact, I despise the turn of the calendar so much that I’ll be on a redeye flight home, bypassing the whole thing. All that to say, you can, but you don’t need to be focused on major changes in order to reflect.

And Now What? is designed to support people in any phase, whether the transition feels big and profound or subtle and minute. Sustainable change happens gradually, and these exercises support building a habit of embracing ongoing change and transformation.

Is And Now What? grounded in coaching methods or research?

Yes, and in a very real, human, honest way. The And Now What? workbook is grounded in coaching principles and draws on tools from respected practitioners such as the Conscious Leadership Group (Jim Dethmer, Diana Chapman, Kaley Klemp), Gay Hendricks, Tim Ferriss, and my own professional training. It’s also shaped by hundreds of hours of live coaching conversations, where I’ve seen firsthand what helps people create meaningful, sustainable shifts during times of change.

That said, this isn’t a rigid formula or a “scientifically guaranteed” system. I’m not going to make exaggerated claims. It’s a collection of thoughtful, time-tested exercises designed to offer clarity, awareness, and intentional action into your transition.

If you struggle with consistency or reflection (you’re human; most people do), the workbook is intentionally built to meet you where you are. The exercises are simple, grounded, and self-paced, helping you move past common obstacles like procrastination, perfectionism, or overwhelm. You don’t need to complete it all at once or reflect “perfectly.” Honest moments of attention are enough to start.

You bring the willingness; the workbook provides the structure and support.

How is the workbook delivered?

With your purchase, you’ll receive a digital downloadable workbook. You can work digitally, on the printable PDF pages, or in your own notebook to navigate your transition between chapters with a bit more intention, awareness, and perhaps an outcome that’s more aligned with what’s meaningful to you.

Some exercises includes audio guidance, which is available online and/or through the Insight Timer meditation app.

Some pages have space for your thoughts, and all of the space is yours.

Is this a good gift for someone going through change?

It can be a good gift – if the person is open to reflection right now. Meaningful change usually works best when it’s chosen, not imposed, and a workbook like this lands well when someone fully appreciates space to think things through. (That’s part of the reason why it often doesn’t work to set new year’s resolutions connected to what other people want for us or the timing of the external world.)

If you’re considering gifting And Now What?, take a moment to reflect on whether your recipient has expressed curiosity, readiness, or the desire for support. And if it feels right, you might opt to gift the workbook as a shared experience, to spend time together, giving you each time to reflect and reconnect – with yourselves and with one another.

Will And Now What? help me understand what I actually want?

The good ole “what do I really want?” question is at the heart of And Now What?. Hundreds of hours of coaching have supported me to guide people to answer such questions. The workbook is a journey toward recognizing and gradually integrating what you want and need. That said, you’ll approach the questions gently, with opportunities to look from where you are now as well as from where your hopes and dreams might want you to go.

From hundreds of hours of coaching professionals to evolve their lives and their relationships to their work, I know that what’s on the surface isn’t always at the heart. That’s why I’ve crafted a reflective journey to support you to do the same.

I spent over a decade working in fast-paced tech start-ups in the US and Germany—navigating uncertainty, change, and high-pressure environments. I’ve lived in 7 states and 3 countries, changed jobs, navigated urgent visas, and had my fair share of lost loves.

Today, I coach professionals and emerging leaders to find clarity, confidence, and calm in the face of change—drawing from both personal experience and professional training in coaching, leadership, mindfulness, and yoga.
